UK DELIVERY INFORMATION
There are a range of delivery services available to customers in the UK.
Not all delivery services shown are available for the whole of the UK, if you require specific delivery information or a particular service, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Certain postcodes in the UK are not eligible for next day delivery, if you want to check if your postcode is available for next day delivery you can check using any of the UK delivery services.
Depending on the weight of your products being delivered, there will be use of different services, some are much better for lighter packages where as some are better with care for heavier packages.
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY
European deliveries will be made by either Parcel Force or DHL, the appropriate courier will be selected depending on the size and weight of the order while also taking into account the required delivery speed.
European orders typically take 2 to 3 working days for delivery to be made from date of dispatch.
International orders are made via DHL only and all orders must adhere to DHL’s size and weight restrictions in order to be shipped.
International delivery speed can vary depending on the delivery address, to find out exactly how long an international delivery would take to your location, please contact us.
All European and International carriage prices shown online are automatically calculated using DHL’s shipping rate API.
If you think DHL may have calculated the delivery cost of your order wrong then please contact our sales team so we can investigate and find a more cost effective shipping solution.
If you wish to change the service from DHL Express to anything else, or require additional delivery information, then please contact us
Orders will be processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30 – 17:00) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
The cut-off point for orders to be shipped the same day is 14:00 (Please contact us to confirm stock levels before placing your order)
Any orders placed after 14:00 will ship the next working day assuming all parts are in stock.
Returns are accepted for most items sold on our website, however, if there any damages to the item from your own use we will not accept a return, depending on the weight of the item you may also be paying for delivery, there are certain product lines that cannot be returned, for example, custom made hose assemblies.
If you’ve ordered something in error and would like to return it there will be a handling charge and delivery costs will not be refunded.
If we’ve had to order in an item specifically for your order that we do not stock, the return of that item is subject to our supplier taking the item back from us and will also be subject to a handling charge.
